Where you find yourself again and feel support within yourself.

Minimal decor and lots of greenery will help flow positive energy into your walls.

Avoid heavy colors, like black and dark colors in general.

Opt for a bright design.

Air the rooms every day, sit on the floor more often, on a soft carpet and drink a glass of fresh water every hour,

if possible directly from the tap.

To do this, listen to soothing music, focus on details, such as the fresh flowers you just picked or the ticking of the clock.
